All orders placed before 15:00 will be shipped the same day, orders placed after 15:00 will be shipped the next working day.
Orders within The Netherlands and Belgium will be shipped with Post NL and delivery takes **1-3 days** after the shipping confirmation has been sent.
Delivery schedules is a best estimate only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. Temple will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and commence from the date of dispatch. The delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability. If Temple men’s skincare fails to deliver within 30 days, you may have the right to cancel the purchase. Your order will be delivered to your local delivery point. A delivery notification will be sent via sms or email when your package is ready to be delivered
Where does Temple ship to?
We ship to the United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Switzerland, Ireland, Spain, Germany and Monaco.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be sent to you in the email confirming your order has been shipped. Can’t find the email in your inbox? No worries, you can find the tracking number of each of your orders in your customer account.
I have an issue with the tracking.

Which skin types are the Temple products suitable for?
Whilst all of our products are tailored to tackle common issues men of colour experience, all our products are suitable for all skin: they are dermatologically tested, gentle, without any irritants and natural.
Can a product dry/melt/expire/etc. ?
Even though products do not have a formal expiration date, products should be used within 3 years after production and 12 months after opening.
Returns & Exchanges
How can I organise a return or an exchange?
We are sorry you did not like our product. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the products you wish to return or exchange, we will take care of the rest.
To exchange or return a product, it must be unused and in its original packaging.
What is your return policy?
All the return requests must be made within the 15 days following the reception of your order. The product will be entirely refunded as soon as we receive it. The shipping cost will not be refunded. Send us an email at email@example.com and we will take care of your return.
What should I do if I received the wrong product?
We are sorry you received the wrong product! Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make sure you receive the product you ordered.
When my card will be debited?
Your card will debited as soon as your order will accepted.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept PayPal.
What can I do if the payment is declined?
Crap! Here are few details you can check if your payment did not go through:
- Check that your card’s billing details such as the security code, match what you have typed at the checkout.
- Is your card expired?
- Your card issuer may have declined your payment. They don’t tell us the reason for this, so it’s best to check with them before trying your card again.
