Orders & Shipping
We're currently taking preorder purchases which we will start dispatching in the first week of December.
For all other orders
Order placed before 12pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched on the following business day.
You will receive dispatch details by email once your order has shipped.

Due to the pandemic we are unable to accept any returns due to health & safety risks as well as difficulties in delivery services.
On the rare occasion there is a problem with your package, we offer hassle-free refunds or replacements for all products returned within 30 days of purchase, in their unopened and original condition. simply contact us and we'll talk it through. Please note that refunds will only be processed once we receive the returned items.
